Meet Dr. McFadden

I feel very proud and humble to be able to participate in the dental industry. I see how great dentistry can be when everyone involved endeavors to do their very best. Quarterbacking the team to great outcomes profoundly affects my professional and personal life in many ways. Being a good, ethical dentist who tries his hardest all the time inspires me to be confident and productive in all aspects of my life. Almost daily, my patients give me personal affirmations that inspire me to continue to improve my skills, serve my patients, and inspire greatness in those around me.

Education and continuing education

I received my dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1988. I continued on to earn my specialty certificate in prosthodontics from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1990. I was awarded board certification from the American Board of Prosthodontics in 1995.

For nine years, I was a faculty professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where I also established the Dental Implant Center. In 2002, I opened the McFadden Dental Implant Center in Dallas, TX.

In addition to dental implant treatment, my private practice offers a wide variety of dental services for adults with complex dental needs. These specialty services include TMJ treatment with TruDenta®, full-mouth reconstructions (functional makeovers), crowns, bridges, veneers, and partials and complete dentures. Our low-volume, quality-based office is a state-of-the-art facility where outstanding outcomes are our focus. We invite you to experience specialty dental care.

Outside the office

Originally from northwestern Pennsylvania, I have lived the past 25 years in Glenn Heights, TX, where I raise Tennessee Walking Horses. I have bred, raised, and trained eight horses that were born on the ranch. I am also writing a book about horse training.

The ranch also has a commercial side where we rent out a rustic cabin for guests who desire a relaxing getaway. In the future, an event center will be available for larger gatherings.
